Our service to you, our valued customer, is of the utmost importance to us. Here at the Fancy Dress Store we take pride in offering our customers a large range of quality costumes and accessories with an express delivery service.
Browse through our large selection and add to your shopping basket, once you have finished shopping click on the checkout icon and complete your delivery details. You will then be taken to a secure server to complete your payment. Confirmation of your order (once payment has been confirmed) will be sent to you via email.
Prices
All prices quoted on the site are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate applicable to that product. Fancy Dress Store is vat registered, vat registration number is IE6426814W. Prices can be subject to alterations without notice. These could occur as a result of fluctuations in the cost of labour, materials and exchange rate.
Availability
Only those items currently in stock are shown on our site. In the unlikely event of any item of stock being unavailable or delayed, we shall contact you by phone or e-mail to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery, together with, if appropriate, suggested alternative items.
Payment & Security
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and Laser Card. Payment through this website is processed using Realex, a recognised online credit payment agency that is guarded by SSL encryption security, and connections to the banks are completed over private dedicated circuits that are managed by the banks. Sensitive data is never held in any network segment accessible from the internet, ensuring you of the highest possible protection for your credit or debit card details.
Shipping
All items are sent by recorded delivery, so please make sure you have someone to sign for parcel at delivery address.
Subject to availability, goods will be despatched within one working day of confirmation of order. Goods are delivered by DPD courier (within Ireland) to the delivery address supplied by you during the purchasing process and will normally be delivered the following working day after despatch. A standard delivery charge is applied €15. Once your order has been despatched we will e-mail you your tracking ID which can be used to track your delivery.
Returns Policy
Costumes purchased from fancydressstore.ie may be returned for refund within seven working days from delivery/receipt of same. Wigs and accessories are non returnable. Before returning goods please contact us. You will be issued with a returns reference number which must accompany returned goods. All goods should be returned to:

Goods must be returned in original packaging as supplied and in perfect condition without use or damage.
Any goods supplied in sealed packaging cannot be returned if opened.
You are responsible for the cost and risk incurred on returning goods. We recommend that goods be returned by registered post.
We regret that our packing, shipping and insurance cost to you cannot be refunded.
