Placing an order with us means that you have read the following terms and conditions and that you agree with them. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Prices
All prices quoted on the site are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate applicable to that product. Fancy Dress Store is vat registered, vat registration number is IE6426814W. Prices can be subject to alterations without notice. These could occur as a result of fluctuations in the cost of labour, materials and exchange rate.

Payment & Security
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and Laser Card. Payment through this website is processed using Realex, a recognised online credit payment agency that is guarded by SSL encryption security, and connections to the banks are completed over private dedicated circuits that are managed by the banks. Sensitive data is never held in any network segment accessible from the internet, ensuring you of the highest possible protection for your credit or debit card details.

Passing of Property
Fancy Dress Store.ie, shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the Customer and has been received by Fancy Dress Store.ie either directly from the Customer or from the Customer's bank.

Delivery Delay
Each item has an estimate despatch time. This is the average length of time that it takes us to despatch the order. In addition to this, each order has an average 'delivery' time, which is the time it takes An Post, or our chosen courier, to deliver the item. If the total delivery time for your order exceeds the original quoted time when placing your order, it is the policy of Fancy Dress Store.ie to contact you and inform you of the delay. If there is any delay in the despatch of your order, you are given the option to cancel your order in full.

Where Fancy Dress Store.ie cannot satisfy any order within 30 days, or within the original time quoted or agreed between Fancy Dress Store.ie and the Customer, the Customer is entitled to a full refund, and Fancy Dress Store.ie will notify the Customer as soon as possible in this case.

Quality Assurance
All products sold by Fancy Dress Store.ie comply with the European Safety Regulations and where applicable bear the CE Mark.

Availability
Only those items currently in stock are shown on our site. In the unlikely event of any item of stock being unavailable or delayed, we shall contact you by phone or e-mail to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery, together with, if appropriate, suggested alternative items.

Cancellation
If the Customer decides to cancel an order, the order must be cancelled by contacting Fancy Dress Store.ie before dispatch of the goods. If the goods have been dispatched, the Customer will still be liable for full payment.

All goods are sent by recorded delivery. Fancy Dress Store.ie sends all deliveries in good faith. Fancy Dress Store.ie cannot be responsible for any delays or loss of goods while in the care of the Postal Service.
