Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return an order to us. Our policy is happy customers are return customers and if you got a product from us that does not entirely satisfy you we want to hear about it.

Items and costumes purchased from fancydressstore.ie may be returned for refund within fourteen (14) working days from delivery/receipt of same. Items and costumes that are received outside the returns period will be eligible for a credit note.

Should a customer have reason to return an item or costume they must enclose the email received from us on placing of order, this will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

Items sent out with free shipping and then returned will be subject to a charge of €5.99 (our initial shipping charge).
